Our story

Why we built OptiPay

We ran two small businesses of our own. Every month-end looked the same: hours digging through email for invoices, copying figures into a spreadsheet, receipts photographed on WhatsApp and then lost, and reports that reached the accountant a month too late.

We went looking for a system that would do it for us. We found expensive solutions built for large companies, or English-only tools that didn't understand an Israeli invoice. Nothing fit the freelancer or the small business, so we built it ourselves.

Today, OptiPay categorizes invoices automatically, syncs with Gmail, understands invoices sent over WhatsApp and produces tidy reports for your accountant in one click. It's the system we needed ourselves, and now we're opening it to our first businesses. If you've read this far, we'd love to have you on board.
