Terms of Service

1. General
Welcome to OptiPay. These Terms of Service ("the Terms") govern your use of OptiPay's website, application and services ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Definitions
"User": any person or entity that uses the Service. "Account": the user account created upon registration for the Service. "Content": any information, receipts, documents or data that the user uploads to the Service.
3. Registration and Account
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
4. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for managing business expenses, categorizing receipts and exporting tax reports. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, upload harmful or offensive content, attempt to access systems without authorization, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some of the services require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in new Israeli shekels and include VAT. Payments are made in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel a subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including design, code, logos and trademarks, belong to OptiPay. The content you upload remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" (AS IS). OptiPay does not warrant continuous, error-free availability. OptiPay is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. OptiPay's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Privacy
Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law and the GDPR.
9. Termination
OptiPay may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. In the event of termination, you will be able to export your data within 30 days.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be published on the website and sent by notice to registered users.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be adjudicated in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
